Questions
Will the stock market go up today?
The next prediction is published at 9:00 AM ET on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, before the 9:30 AM open. The latest call (October 27, 2026): S&P 500 holds a slim gain after its opening rise fades; consumer confidence jumps to 91.7 before the Fed.
How accurate are these stock market predictions?
Over 8 scored trading days since October 15, 2026, the 9:00 AM call got the S&P 500’s direction right on 6 of 7 (86%) days it made a call, and 22 of 40 (55%) of its stocks to watch reached their target; the 10:00 AM call got the S&P 500’s direction right on 6 of 6 (100%) days it made a call, and 14 of 33 (42%) of its stocks to watch reached their target. A call is only counted when it leans one way (55%+ or 45% or less), and each is measured from the moment it could be acted on. Past results do not promise future ones.
When is the stock market prediction published?
Every trading day at about 9:00 AM Eastern Time, before the stock market opens at 9:30 AM, with a second call at about 10:00 AM after the first 30 minutes of trading. There are no predictions on weekends or NYSE holidays; on early-close days the market closes at 1:00 PM ET.
What does “open to high” mean?
It is the percentage rise from the price at the 9:30 AM ET opening bell to the highest price of that trading session. If the S&P 500 ETF opens at $700 and reaches $707 later in the day, its open-to-high move is +1.0%. The 10 AM call is measured the same way, from the price when it went public.
Why are there two predictions, at 9 AM and at 10 AM?
The 9 AM call is made before any regular trading, from futures, overnight markets, economic data and news. The 10 AM call adds what the first 30 minutes of trading showed. Keeping both, each scored from the moment it was public, shows how much a forecast improves once the market is open.
