About Stock Signals Simulator

The stock signals simulator replays a set of trading signals on any stock or ETF’s split-adjusted daily prices, $10,000 a trade: Bollinger bands, mean reversion, momentum, dip buying and the 200-day trend, next to buy-and-hold. Each shows its trades, wins, profit and worst drop on the same prices.

With an account, switch on the signals you want and get a push after the close on a day one bought or sold. No orders are placed.

Questions

Which signals are included?

Bollinger bands, mean reversion, momentum, dip buying and a 200-day trend filter, with buy-and-hold for comparison.

Do these signals beat buy-and-hold?

Sometimes, on some tickers — often not through a long rally. Compare each signal’s profit and worst drop with buy-and-hold on the same prices before you use it.

Do the alerts trade for me?

No. They are push alerts after the close; you decide and place any order yourself.
